Our Story
Our Story
Haven Home Inspections was born from the passions and expertise of its owners, John Cullinan and Ryan Hayes. They had both been investigating and repairing deficiencies in homes for many years through problems that had been identified by other home inspectors in home inspection reports. In looking at these homes we could see the value a home inspection brings to buyers. We wanted to become home inspectors to educate homeowners and provide them with the information they need to guide their decisions.

We are a family-owned home inspection business serving homes in Elk River, MN and other cities in the Minneapolis area. As a family, we enjoy working together everyday. John and Marcia have been married for many years and Ryan is Marcia's son.

Ryan Hayes
Owner
Ryan is a certified home inspector with 10 years pf experience in the construction and home repair business. He has a great work ethic and sincere excitement for the home inspection process.
